  1. En un bowl suficientemente grande maceramos nuestra Carne Molida con Sal, Pimienta, Orégano y Comino. Dejamos en refrigerio por unas 8 horas para marinar.
  2. En un caldero grande, añadimos media taza de Aceite de Oliva y sofreímos nuestra carne molida. Con ayuda de una paleta grande disolvemos todos los grumos de la carne molida a medida que se va sofriendo

  7. Pasado nuestro tiempo de cocción a fuego bajo, notaremos que nuestra salsa ha reducido la mitad de su volumen. En este punto destapamos nuestro caldero, añadimos nuestras hojas de Albahaca fresca y terminamos de reducir aproximadamente 20 minutos, a fuego bajo.
  8. Apagamos nuestro fuego, retiramos las hojas de laurel y nuestra Salsa Bologna Italiana estará lista. Recomiendo dejarla reposar una hora para que los sabores se integren mejor.
