  3. 1 cebolla
  4. 2 rebanadas pan de molde

  10. Para la salsa:
  11. 1 cebolla grande
  12. 500 gr champiñones
  13. 100 ml caldo de pollo
  14. 200 gr tomate frito

  1. Para hacer las albóndigas ponemos la carne en un recipiente amplio.
  2. Trituramos una cebolla. Se la añadimos. Ponemos un poco de ajo molido, perejil seco y un poquito de sal y revolvemos todo bien.
  3. En una picadora ponemos el huevo, el pan de molde y la leche y trituramos.
    Esta mezcla se la añadimos a la carne. Revolvemos todo bien para que se mezclen y se integren bien todos los ingredientes.
  4. Formamos las albóndigas mojándonos un poquito las manos con vino blanco para que no se nos pegue la carne en las manos. Reservamos.
  5. Picamos la cebolla y limpiamos y troceamos los champiñones.
  6. Ponemos en la Coockeo un chorrito de aceite y damos a la opción dorar.
    Cuando indique la olla añadimos la cebolla y los champiñones.
    Dejamos en opción DORAR unos tres minutos con la tapa abierta.
  7. Añadimos el caldo de pollo (podemos sustituirlo por la misma cantidad de agua y media pastilla de caldo de pollo), el tomate frito. Colocamos dentro también las albóndigas.
    Cerramos la Coockeo y bloqueamos la tapa.
    Seleccionamos
    COCCIÓN RÁPIDA 10 mintos.

    Cuando la máquina lo indique ya estarán listas. Servir calientes.
