  1. En primer lugar prepararemos todos los ingredientes. Una vez todos pelados y partidos meteremos en nuestra thermo la cebolla, la zanahoria y el ajo y picaremos según el gusto a nosotros nos gusta chiquitito así que así lo he dejado. Una vez triturado lo pondremos en un colador para quitarle el agua que suelta sobre todo la cebollita
  2. A continuación meteremos el trozo de chorizo y lo picaremos también al gusto
  3. A continuación pondremos aceite para sofreír la verdurita en nuestra sartén. Cuando esté el aceite caliente pondremos la mezcla de zanahoria, cebolla y ajo y dejaremos hasta que esté pochadita. Una vez en este punto incorporaremos la carne y le daremos un par de vueltas para mezclar bien
  4. Una vez que la carne ya haya cogido colorcillo incorporaremos el chorizo picadito lo integraremos con la mezcla anterior e incorporaremos el vino. Lo dejaremos a fuego medio durante 5 min aprox
  5. Pasado el tiempo incorporaremos el tomate, la sal, la albahaca y el orégano y lo dejaremos hasta que reduzca el líquido restante de vino y juguito de verduras, tomate... Y.... Lista para degustar. Tened cuidadito donde la dejáis porque mi enano cucharita a cucharita si me descuido me deja sin boloñesa para los macarrones ☺️☺️☺️
