- Cuando las placas estén listas comenzamos a montar la lasaña en una cazuela de barro. En la base ponemos un poco de tomate frito para que no se pegue la primera capa de pasta, y vamos poniendo una fila de placas de pasta y una de carne hasta finalizar con la última capa de placas de pasta.
- Precalentamos el horno a 200 grados con calor arriba y abajo, y mientras tanto comenzamos con la elaboración de la bechamel.
- Cuando la bechamel esté lista, la vertemos sobre el último piso de la lasaña y la metemos al horno hasta que se dore un poquito.
