  8. 60 g miga de pan o pan de molde
  9. 50 me de leche, agua o caldo
  10. 2 huevos grandes
  11. Perejil fresco picado a gusto
  12. Todos cortados muy pequeƱito
  13. 1 taza cebolla
  14. 1 penca apio
  15. 1 zanahoria
  16. 1/2 taza cebolleta
  17. 2 dientes ajo
  18. Puedes usar chorizo picante
  19. Salsa gravy
  20. 400 ml caldo de carne
  21. 40 g harina
  22. 50 g mantequilla
  23. 1/2 cucharadita cebolla en polvo
  24. Sal y pimienta
  25. Necesitamos
  26. 1 molde tipo puding

  1. Ponemos a precalentar el horno a 175° con la bandeja en el centro
  2. Vamos a poner una sartƩn al fuego con la mantequilla y cuando empiece a hacer espuma ponemos dentro todas las verduras picadas y pinchamos unos 5 minutos.
  3. Tapamos la cazuela y seguimos cocinando a fuego lento hasta que la zanahoria estƩ blanda, vamos moviendo de vez en cuando otros 5 minutos.
  4. Sazonamos con la salsa lea perrins, sal, pimienta y la mitad del ketchup, cocinamos como un minuto y retiramos del fuego para dejar enfriar.
  5. Mientras enfrĆ­a y para que el pan mezcle bien con el resto de ingredientes vamos a poner algo de lĆ­quido para ablandar
  6. Una vez que la verdura enfrĆ­e la ponemos en un bol con la carne y el resto de ingredientes utilizando las manos para este paso mezclamos todo muy bien.
  7. Vamos a poner la mezcla resultante en un molde alargado tipo puding previamente aceitado y nos aseguramos que todo quede bien compacto. Yo utilicé uno redondo como veréis ya que hice mÔs cantidad de carne😁
  8. Cubrimos con el resto del ketchup y llevamos al horno aproximadamente una hora, pasado este tiempo sacamos de el horno y dejamos reposar 10 minutos antes de desmoldar. El ketchup lo hice casero os pongo la receta en otra entrada.
  9. Coryamos en trozos gordos y servimos con purƩ de patata y gravy o salsa de carne.
  10. Salsa Gravy: ponemos una cacerola con la mantequilla a fuego, lento, cuando estƔ derrita aƱadimos la harina y la cebolla en polvo, movemos hasta integrar bien, aƱadimos poco a poco el caldo de carne caliente la sal y la pimienta y dejamos cocinar a fuego medio hasta que tenga consistencia, reservamos hasta la hora de comer.
  11. Una vez pasado el tiempo de cocción lo vamos a servir con puré de patata y salsa Gravy.
