- Agregamos las albóndigas y sin remover tapamos dejando cocinar a fuego bajo unos 10 minutos más. Luego de que las albóndigas se hayan cocinado dentro de la salsa. Removemos, rectificamos de sal agregamos el orégano y si le hace falta agregamos un poco más de líquido. Dejamos cocinar unos 10 minutos más.
