- Una vez reposado, ponemos en un recipiente harina para rebozar ligeramente. Ponemos a calentar abundante aceite en una sartén o una freidora como hice yo.
- Con una cuchara vamos haciendo porciones de carne de la forma y tamaño que queremos (yo hice mini filetes y algunas albóndigas), las rebozamos ligeramente y las freímos. No es necesario que se cocinen del todo.
- Las pasamos a un plato con papel de cocina para eliminar el exceso de aceite.
- En una olla ponemos la salsa de tomate a calentar y cuando esté burbujeando (cuidado que salpica) metemos nuestros filetes y cocinamos a fuego medio y tapado unos 3-4 minutos. Y ya está listo nuestro plato. Lo acompañamos de arroz, ensalada, patatas fritas....
