- Pelar la cebolla y el ajo picarlo y rehogarlos en una cazuela con 3 cucharadas de aceite de haber frito las albóndigas durante unos minutos. Seguidamente añadir el tomate triturado y proseguir la cocción unos 10 minutos más, echar el vino dejar que se evapore y añadir el caldo. Tapar y cocer 10 minutos más.
- Pasado ese tiempo añadir las albóndigas, las alcachofas y los guisantes, tapar y proseguir la cocción a fuego lento durante 15 minutos. Rectificar de sal y decorarlo con los huevos duros cortados, servir y a disfrutarlo.
