- Para la salsa a la pimienta ponemos a refreír la cebolla y una cucharada sopera de pimienta verde en grano. Cuando la cebolla está dorada se le echa la copa de coñac y se deja evaporar.
- Bajamos el fuego y echamos la nata de cocinar más dos cucharadas de café de Bovril, una cucharada de café de pimienta negra y un poco de sal, cuando hierva movemos, echamos las albóndigas y dejamos cocinar unos 5 minutos todo juntos
