- Continuamos con el pino. Cortar el cebollín chino en rodajas finas, rallar finamente la zanahoria. Una vez listo el pino, retirar el laurel, la hoja de apio y la canela. (Reservar)

No dejar de mezclar hasta que tome consistencia. Debe quedar bien espesa para que no se desarme al servir, si falta consistencia agregar más maicena o fécula de papa.
- Ya consistente nuestra salsa bechamel, agregaremos unas 6 cucharadas a nuestro pino y mezclaremos. El resto de la salsa dejar enfriar en el refrigerador.
- Tenemos nuestras papas y berenjenas cocinadas. Ahora comenzaremos a montar nuestra moussaka en una budinera ya aceitada.
- La primera capa es de papas, continuamos con otra capa de berenjenas, luego nuestro pino de carne molida, finalizamos con la salsa bechamel y el queso parmesano. Llevar al horno hasta gratinar. Retirar y dejar reposar unos minutos antes de servir.
