  6. Mientras se cocina el verde regresamos al refrito, cuando esté ya el refrito cocinado procederemos agregar el agua junto con yerbita o culantro.
    Cuando empiece a hervir el caldo le agregamos el zapallo, choclo y zanahoria picadas.
    Le agregaremos al caldo dos cucharadas de pasta maní y dejamos hervir.
  7. Dejamos cocinar unos 5 a 7 minutos y le colocamos yerbita picada y servimos caliente.
  8. Mientras se cocina el caldo vamos a proceder a rayar 2 verdes para luego amasar con un toque de sal.
    Cuando ya está cocinado en verde anteriormente colocado ha hervir se procederá a amasar hasta que quede suave la masa y sin grumos.
    Luego procederemos a mezclar las dos masas de verde hasta que esté homogénea le agregamos una cucharada de mantequilla y sal al gusto.
  9. En una olla procedemos a colocar a cocinar 5 huevos, luego que esté cocinado les quitaremos el cascarón y lo picamos.
  10. Aquí empezaremos armar las bolas de verdes.
    Vamos a tomar una porción de la masa de verde y la estenderemos por la mano y colocamos una cucharada del relleno y un pedazo de huevo y procedemos a cerrarlas y formamos la bola.
    Cuando armamos las bolas las procedemos a colocar en la olla del caldo.
